This is not a meal plan.
And it’s not surface-level “eat better” advice.

This is for the person who’s ready to take full control of their nutrition, and actually follow through.

Nutrition Coaching at Young Fitness is built around structure, accountability, and real-life application.

Because knowing what to do isn’t the problem. Doing it consistently is.

​

We start with a detailed, one-hour consultation where I break down:

  • Your current habits and patterns

  • Your relationship with food

  • What’s been holding you back

  • And exactly where we need to go next

​

From there, you’ll move into ongoing coaching with weekly virtual check-ins.

​

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly accountability and progress reviews

  • Detailed feedback on your nutrition (including food logs)

  • Adjustments based on your progress, lifestyle, and challenges

  • Ongoing guidance to help you navigate real life, not avoid it

​

No extremes. No unrealistic restrictions.
Just a clear, structured approach that works.

 

The goal isn’t just to lose weight or “be good” for a few weeks,
it’s to build habits and a mindset that actually last.

This is a high-touch coaching service, and availability is limited to referral clients only.
