Online Coaching Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Young Fitness Comprehensive Online Coaching services. They are designed to clearly outline what you can expect from coaching, what is expected of you as a client, and the policies surrounding payments, cancellations, communication, and participation.
By enrolling in Young Fitness Comprehensive Online Coaching and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Comprehensive Online Coaching Agreement
Coaching Services
Young Fitness Comprehensive Online Coaching is an individualized coaching service designed around each client's goals, experience level, lifestyle, needs, and progress.
Your coaching may include:
• Customized strength-training programming
• Exercise demonstrations and programming instructions
• Nutrition coaching and individualized nutrition recommendations
• Meal-planning guidance when applicable
• Cardio and daily activity recommendations
• Supplement guidance when applicable
• Weekly progress check-ins
• Progress tracking and program adjustments
• Form and technique review for up to three submitted exercise videos per week
• Coaching support and accountability
• Scheduled virtual coaching/check-in sessions when included in your individual coaching plan
Services and recommendations may be adjusted throughout coaching based on progress, adherence, feedback, goals, and individual needs.
Monthly Investment & Automatic Renewal
Enrollment is a recurring monthly subscription. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment method provided to be automatically charged each month on your recurring billing date until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Payment is required before individualized programming and coaching services begin.
Initial Six-Month Commitment
New clients enrolling in Young Fitness Comprehensive Online Coaching agree to an initial minimum commitment of six consecutive months.
By enrolling, you understand that you are committing to the full initial six-month coaching period and are responsible for the monthly payments associated with that commitment. The six-month commitment is intended to provide adequate time for consistent coaching, implementation, progress assessment, and appropriate adjustments to your individualized program.
The initial six-month commitment does not mean that six months must be paid in full upfront. Payments will continue to be processed monthly using the payment method provided at enrollment.
After completion of the initial six-month commitment, coaching will continue on a month-to-month recurring basis at the applicable coaching rate until canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Online coaching may be canceled by providing Young Fitness with at least 30 days' notice before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests received fewer than 30 days before the next billing date may not prevent the upcoming recurring payment from being processed.
Once cancellation has been properly submitted, no additional recurring payments will be collected after the applicable final billing period.
If coaching has already been paid for, services will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period unless Young Fitness determines that coaching must be terminated earlier due to a violation of these Terms.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once processed.
Because online coaching involves reserved coaching capacity, individualized planning, programming, review, and preparation, refunds or prorated refunds will not be provided for unused coaching time, missed check-ins, lack of participation, changes in schedule, or a client's decision to discontinue coaching during an already-paid billing period.
Failed or Past-Due Payments
Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If a recurring payment fails or an account becomes past due, Young Fitness may temporarily pause coaching services, including programming updates, check-in reviews, form reviews, and other individualized coaching support, until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
Weekly Check-Ins
Consistent communication and check-ins are an important part of the coaching process.
Clients are responsible for completing their scheduled weekly check-in accurately and by the designated deadline. Check-ins allow Young Fitness to evaluate progress, recovery, nutrition, training performance, adherence, and other factors necessary to make appropriate coaching adjustments.
Late or missed check-ins are not guaranteed to receive a full coaching review that week. Depending on the timing of submission and coach availability, a late check-in may receive a shortened response via email or the designated coaching platform, may be reviewed at a later time if the coaching schedule allows, or may be deferred until the client's next scheduled weekly check-in. The method and timing of feedback for late submissions will be at the discretion of Young Fitness based on coaching availability.
A late or missed check-in does not extend the billing period, carry over to a future week, or qualify the client for a refund or account credit.
Communication & Coaching Support
Young Fitness provides ongoing coaching support throughout the client's active coaching period.
Routine questions, updates, and feedback should be communicated through the designated coaching platform whenever possible.
Coaching support does not guarantee immediate or 24/7 responses. Messages will be reviewed and answered within reasonable coaching/business hours based on urgency and availability.
Weekly check-ins should be used for non-urgent progress updates, questions, and concerns whenever appropriate.
Exercise Form & Video Review
Clients may submit up to three exercise/form-review videos per week when included with their coaching service.
Video review is intended to provide coaching feedback regarding exercise setup, technique, execution, and programming.
Remote video review cannot provide the same level of observation or physical assessment as in-person coaching. Clients remain responsible for exercising within their abilities and stopping any movement that causes unexpected pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Client Responsibilities
Successful coaching requires active participation.
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their coaching
• Communicate changes in health, medications, injuries, limitations, or circumstances that may affect training or nutrition
• Complete workouts and recommendations safely and within their individual abilities
• Complete check-ins and provide honest feedback
• Ask questions when instructions or recommendations are unclear
• Seek appropriate medical care when necessary
• Avoid intentionally misrepresenting training, nutrition, activity, measurements, or other information used to make coaching decisions
Young Fitness can provide the plan, education, accountability, and coaching necessary to support progress, but individual results depend heavily on consistency, adherence, lifestyle, physiology, and circumstances outside the coach's control.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
Young Fitness provides personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition coaching, education, and general wellness guidance.
Young Fitness does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, or other services that require a licensed healthcare professional.
Nutrition coaching and supplement recommendations are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Clients should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, significant dietary restrictions, or other health concerns before beginning or modifying an exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program.
Young Fitness may recommend that a client obtain medical clearance before participating when appropriate.
Exercise & Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, cardiovascular events, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injuries.
By participating in coaching and following an exercise program, you acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily choose to participate.
You agree to immediately stop an exercise or activity and seek appropriate medical attention when experiencing symptoms that may indicate injury or a medical concern.
Results Disclaimer
Young Fitness does not guarantee specific results, including a particular amount of weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, body-fat reduction, physical appearance, or performance outcome.
Progress varies between individuals and may be influenced by consistency, adherence, genetics, medical conditions, medications, sleep, stress, nutrition, activity, and other factors.
Program Ownership
Training programs, nutrition materials, educational resources, written recommendations, videos, documents, and other coaching materials provided by Young Fitness are intended for the individual client's personal use.
These materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, or shared for commercial purposes without permission from Young Fitness.
Respectful Coaching Relationship
Young Fitness is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful coaching environment.
Harassment, abusive communication, inappropriate behavior, repeated boundary violations, fraudulent activity, or conduct that prevents a productive coaching relationship may result in termination of services.
Young Fitness reserves the right to discontinue the coaching relationship when continuing services would be unsafe, inappropriate, outside the coach's professional scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Changes to Coaching Services
Young Fitness may occasionally update coaching processes, platforms, communication methods, scheduling procedures, or service features as the business and coaching services evolve.
Any material changes affecting a client's recurring price or existing paid services will be communicated appropriately.
