When Justin and I started working together just three months ago, the very first thing I noticed about him was this: he was ready.

  • Increased his protein intake

  • Removed soda, candy, and high-sugar snacks from his daily routine

  • Prioritized water intake (and it shows in his cardiovascular improvements)

  • Increased his daily steps and overall movement outside of sessions

  • Followed the training program exactly as written

  • Committed mentally, physically, and emotionally to the process

His cardiovascular health improved significantly, and the numbers prove it.

August → November:

  • His incline test was performed at a higher intensity

  • He required less recovery time

  • He hydrated better

  • He fueled better

  • His body tolerated more workload with improved form

  • He performed the test with more confidence and control

Nutrition and hydration alone played a huge part in this improvement.
