A New Chapter for Young Fitness: Why i Moved

There are moments in business where you have two choices.

  1. You can choose what's comfortable.

  2. Or you can choose what's right.

Over the past several weeks, I've had to make one of the most difficult decisions since opening Young Fitness. It wasn't a decision I expected to make, and it certainly wasn't one I made overnight.

There were countless conversations, meetings, phone calls, prayers, and more sleepless nights than I'd like to admit.

As many of you know, Young Fitness was built from the ground up. Every client who has trusted me, every early morning, every late evening, every workout, every nutrition consultation, and every milestone has helped shape what this business has become.

Because of that, I knew I had a responsibility to protect what we've built together.

One of the biggest challenges I faced during this transition wasn't simply finding another place to train; it was making sure I stayed true to the values that Young Fitness was founded on.

I believe fitness should be challenging.

I believe growth requires commitment.

But I also believe my clients deserve honesty, transparency, and a coach who will always put their best interests first.

Those values guided every decision I made throughout this process.

This Was Never About a Building

A gym is important.

Good equipment matters.

A clean facility matters.

But none of those things are what make a coaching experience special.

The people do.

Young Fitness has never been defined by four walls.

It's been defined by the people who walk through those doors every day and choose to invest in themselves.

It's the client who shows up after a stressful day at work.

It's the person who thought they'd never be able to deadlift their bodyweight.

It's the individual who's learning how to fuel their body instead of constantly dieting.

It's every small victory that eventually becomes a life-changing transformation.

That has always been the heart of Young Fitness.

And that will never change.

Why JackedNLEEN?

Sometimes life has a funny way of placing the right people in your path at exactly the right time.

Over the past several months, I've had the privilege of working alongside Jack and Eileen through my own bodybuilding journey.

The more time I spent around them, the more I admired the culture they had created.

They seriously care deeply about people.

They lead with integrity.

They genuinely want every person who walks through their doors to become a better version of themselves.

When everything began unfolding, they welcomed me with open arms.

Not because they had to.

Because they wanted to.

That meant more than they'll probably ever realize.

After spending time in the gym, coaching clients there, and experiencing the community firsthand, it became clear that JackedNLEEN wasn't simply another gym.

It felt like home.

What Changes?

Honestly...

Not much.

You'll still receive the same individualized programming.

The same accountability.

The same nutrition coaching.

The same education.

The same encouragement.

The same terrible jokes.

The same expectation that you'll work hard every time you walk through the door.

The difference is simply where we get to do those things.

Our new home offers an incredible training environment, outstanding equipment, air conditioning, showers, a welcoming front desk, and...best of all...

no gym membership is required to train with me.

My mission hasn't changed.

If anything, it's become even clearer.

I want to help people build sustainable habits, become stronger, healthier, and more confident, and create a lifestyle they can maintain for years to come.

Looking Ahead

Transitions are never easy.

Even when they're the right decision.

Leaving something familiar is uncomfortable.

Starting over is intimidating.

But growth rarely happens inside our comfort zones.

As I look toward the future, I couldn't be more excited about what's ahead.

Young Fitness continues to grow.

Online coaching is expanding.

Nutrition coaching continues to evolve.

New clients are joining our community.

Current clients continue to accomplish incredible things.

The best chapters are still waiting to be written.

Thank You

To every client who stood beside me throughout this transition...

Thank you.

To every person who sent a text message, prayed for me, encouraged me, or reminded me why I started this business...

Thank you.

To Jack and Eileen...

Thank you for believing in me, welcoming Young Fitness into your community, and making this transition feel less like a move and more like coming home.

And to everyone reading this...

Whether you've been with me since day one or are just discovering Young Fitness...

Welcome.

I'm incredibly excited for what's ahead.

Because if there's one thing I've learned through this entire experience, it's this:

Sometimes the greatest blessings come disguised as unexpected change.

Here's to new beginnings.

Here's to becoming HARD 2 KILL

We don't quit 🖤
