It’s Time to Stop Making Excuses 💪

Taking time for yourself and your health can feel impossible.
But here’s the truth: it’s not about having time, it’s about making time.
If we don’t prioritize our own health and well-being, it simply won’t happen.
I love the analogy of putting on your own oxygen mask first before helping others. The message is simple: if we don’t take care of ourselves first, we won’t have the energy or ability to give to those around us.
It’s the same with our health.
We often think we’re too busy, yet we manage to find time for Netflix, scrolling social media, or other “breaks” in the day. If we have time for those, we also have time to meal prep, work out, or make choices that align with our goals.
It’s about prioritizing what matters!
And here’s the thing, I get it. I used to be one of those people. I’d say, “I don’t have time to work out,” or “I’m too busy to eat healthy.”
But, in reality, I had more than enough time.
I just wasn’t willing to make my health a priority.
I made excuses and let other things take over because it was easier to keep pushing my health to the back burner.
But at the end of the day, we have to ask ourselves: What’s it worth?
Our health, our happiness, our confidence… these things are too important to ignore.
So, what’s your priority?
Are you going to keep making excuses or decide that you deserve better and start making changes?
The choice is always ours, and there’s never a perfect time to start.
But every little effort you put into yourself will pay off.
You can make time.
You can make yourself a priority.
And I’m here to support you every step of the way.
No more excuses—it’s time to make yourself a priority.
With you on this journey,
-Brooke
